WHY: Have overseen a real estate development portfolio of more than 21K residential units and about $117B in assets. Related California is the largest affordable housing developer in the state. Oh managed the day-to-day strategy, including more than 200 meetings with neighbors, community leaders and city officials to secure the development entitlements.
