Tustin Office Demolished for 103K SF Industrial Redevelopment

JLL to handle leasing

Mortgage lender and developer New American Funding has begun demolition of a vacant 84,000-square-foot office building in Tustin and plans to replace it with a 103,566-square-foot Class A industrial building.

The project at 14511 Myford Road will feature 8,000 amps of electrical service, 36-foot clear heights, a secured yard and 12 dock-high loading doors, company officials said in a news release.

JLL’s Louis Tomaselli, Nick Carey, Byron Foss and Wade Tift are handling the leasing and marketing of the building, which targets Orange County’s growing aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

“Our goal is to develop a facility that is ideal for Orange County’s evolving advanced manufacturing industrial user,” David Giglio, senior vice president of corporate real estate for New American Funding, said in a statement.

The building is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
