Silent Arrow in Laguna Hills Gets AF Contract

To carry 1,000 pounds almost 350 miles

Laguna Hills-based Silent Arrow said it has received U.S. Air Force funding to develop a powered cargo delivery drone. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The drone will carry a payload of 1,000 pounds almost 350 land miles in risky and hostile environments.

Silent Arrow’s contract is with AFWERX, an innovation unit of the Air Force.
