Anaheim’s OCVibe development has landed its first major office tenant for The Weave.
Utah-based coworking operator Kiln has signed a lease to occupy an entire floor of the six-story, 168,000-square-foot office building, which is currently under construction, company officials said.
OCVibe officials did not release the exact square footage Kiln would occupy.
“Anaheim is home to a dynamic and creative business community which is on the cusp of a new era,” Kiln CEO and co-founder Arian Lewis said in a statement.
The latest announcement marks another milestone for the Samueli family’s $4 billion OCVibe, a vision to transform 100 acres around Honda Center into a mixed-use lifestyle district featuring offices, housing, restaurants, entertainment venues and public gathering spaces.
OCVibe officials said The Weave, a mass-timber-designed office complex, is slated to open in 2027, along with Katella Commons, a food-focused market hall and a new 5,000-seat concert venue.
