Huntington Beach’s Ocean Plaza office tower will be renamed Point Break Tower after a recent interior renovation and following the appointment of Stream Realty Partners as its new leasing company.
The 15-story tower is located at the Ocean Plaza business campus on Beach Blvd. which spans 8.65 acres. The building totals 205,000 square feet and its two top floors offer various amenities such as a gym, basketball and racquetball courts.
Office space and creative suites are now available for leasing, according to Stream officials. The office tower is owned by Vancouver-based Onni Group.
“We are thrilled for the opportunity to offer businesses and innovators from around the community a chance to grow within this unique office offering,” Stream Managing Director Mike Adams said in a statement.
In the last year, there have been 97 office lease transactions in Huntington Beach, according to Stream Vice President Peter Joyce. The city’s office market runs about 3.1 million square feet, with over 40 buildings.
