Yvonne Ketchum is stepping down as Kind Lending’s president and transitioning to the part-time role of president emeritus/executive advisor, the Irvine mortgage lender said this week.
Chief Operating Officer Jenn Folk assumes the role of president.
Glenn Stearns, founder of Kind Lending, said Ketchum’s “leadership, humor, and heart” shaped how the company operates.
“Yvonne’s impact on Kind is immeasurable,” Stearns said in a statement. “She helped build the framework that allows us to grow with intention, while never losing sight of who we are. We are grateful she will continue to share her expertise in a part-time role as she begins this next chapter.”
