Cloud-based video surveillance company Arcules in Irvine is merging with video technology company Milestone Systems of Denmark, in a reuniting of the two companies that split from one another seven years ago.
Milestone said in a statement today that the merger will be effective as of July 1, and completed by the end of year.
Arcules was spun out from Milestone in 2017. The companies say the just-announced merger brings together Milestone and Arcules’ capabilities within video management software, video analytics and video surveillance as a service.
