The 35,000-square-foot space is at 15262 Pipeline Lane.

The property was fully leased at the time of sale, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.’s Mike Long, Darin McDonald and Ted Sawyer.
