The 28,694-square-foot property is at 24953 Paseo de Valencia in Laguna Hills.

It has 13 medical office suites and is one of the three buildings that make up the Laguna Hills Medical Arts Center, according to CoStar Group Inc.

Jessica Zhang of Gryphon Investment Inc. represented the buyer, while Mark Repstad of Realty Advisory Group Inc. represented the seller.
