The condos, 8,861 square feet combined, are at 2492 Walnut Ave. in Tustin and part of the Tustin Corporate Center.
The buyer, owner of Sunrise Healthcare Center, a walk-in urgent care facility, was already a tenant, according to J.C. Casillas of NAI Capital.
John Manion and Jeanene Stolrow of NAI Capital represented the buyer and seller.
