Victor Medical Co. purchased a warehouse building from Cramer-Decker Industries for $9.6 million, or $231 per square foot.

The 41,722-square-foot property is at 1641 E. Saint Andrew Place in Santa Ana.

The buyer bought the building to expand the company and plans to fully occupy it, according to CoStar Group Inc.

Oliver Ternate and Mark Zuvich of Zuvich Corporate Advisors Inc. represented the buyer. Steve Wagner, Matthew Christensen and Jeffrey Ingham of JLL represented the seller.
