Danu USA Inc. purchased an office building from Buffalo Three LCC for $2.2 million, or $315 per square foot.
The 6,885-square-foot property is at 27432 Aliso Creek Road in Aliso Viejo.
The tenant, Danu, signed a lease with the option to buy three months before the sale, according to CoStar Group Inc., and will use the office as its headquarters.
