The 31,424-square-foot property is at 340 Fischer Ave. in Costa Mesa.

It’s fully leased to Tokyo Racing Division, according to Newmark Knight Frank.

Newmark Knight Frank’s Robert E. Griffith represented the seller, and Scott Reed represented the buyer.
