The 67,439-square-foot property is at 1361 Valencia Ave. in Tustin.
The buyer plans to refurbish and remarket the property for lease, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. The purchase was traded into more industrial buildings as part of a 1031 exchange.
