Reimbold Family Trust sold a manufacturing building to American Leak Detection for $1.6 million, or $217 per square foot.

The 7,485-square-foot property is at 910 E. Orangefair Lane in Anaheim.

The transaction was the result of the seller’s retirement and American Leak Detection’s business expansion, according to CoStar Group Inc. The seller repaired the roof and credited the buyer $4,000 to repair the parking lot.

Jon Hauso of Darvishian Investment Group represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Robert Goodmanson, Bradley Schneider and Tim Walker of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
