Lease

Miller Burg Dupont leased the ground-floor retail space of a six-story office building to Shoe Palace. The lease is for 10 years, and the price was undisclosed.

The 6,668-square-foot space is at 106 W. Fourth St. in downtown Santa Ana.

The lease will put Shoe Palace “where there are many trendy retailers and restaurants opening,” said Jesse Paster of NAI Capital.

Paster and colleague Irwin Hyman represented the tenant. CBRE Group Inc. represented the landlord.
