Doyle Properties LLC sold an industrial building in Anaheim’s Canyon Business Center to American Technologies Inc. for about $16.6 million, or about $115 per square foot.
The 144,000-square-foot building is at 3360 E. La Palma.
The property includes 85,000 square feet of warehouse space and 48,900 square feet of office space. American Technologies plans to rehabilitate the building, according to CBRE Group Inc.
Carol Trapani, Ben Seybold and Sean Ward of CBRE Group represented the seller. Brad Bierbaum from the same brokerage firm represented the buyer.
