Sale

Bryan E. Nash Living Trust sold a 0.55-acre commercial propery in Anaheim to Adam A. Nasry for $1.1 million, or about $2 million per acre.

The property, which holds a retail building, is at 821 State College Blvd. Nasry purchased it with plans to construct a medical building. He and the seller are working with the city on demolition plans for the 1,800-square-foot retail building.

Zane Shaker of Zinex Realty represented the buyer, and NAI Capital’s Sonya Dopp-Grech, Steve Lewallen and Ryan Dopp represented the seller.
