Grovemont Square, a multi tenant retail shopping center in Santa Ana, was sold for $4.7 million, or about $163 per square foot.

The 29,030-square-foot property is at 2428 N. Grand Ave.

Built in 1973, the retail center is less than two miles from Chapman University and MainPlace Mall. It was 85% occupied at the time of the sale, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Jon Selznick and Brant Dorman of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Selznick also represented the buyer.

The buyer and seller were both undisclosed.
