The 45,601-square-foot park is at 231 E. Dyer Road and 2701-2717 S. Orange Ave.

The park consists of four buildings with a total of 49 units that range from 640 to 2,160 square feet, and was 97% occupied at the time of the sale, according to Marcus & Millichap.

Brokers involved in the deal included Michael Lawrence and Tyler Leeson of Marcus & Millichap.

The buyer and seller were undisclosed.
