The 4,594-square-foot building is at 625 N. Main St.
The office building features a high-efficiency roof, 12 private offices and a storage area, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Jonmark Fabiano, Erik Thompson, Jaimeson Hearne and Marshal Vogt.
Fabiano and Thompson represented the seller, while Hearne and Vogt represented the buyer.
The seller was undisclosed.
