The 65-unit rental complex is at 400 Merrimac Way.
The 56,740-square-foot multifamily property originally had 66 units, but one of the units was termed “non-conforming at the time of sale due to an office/business center conversion,” according to CoStar.
NAI Capital’s Chris Arvizu and David Knowlton represented the buyer.
