Starbucks Coffee Co. signed a 120-month lease at 23633-23646 Rockfield Blvd. in Lake Forest for $1.2 million.

The 1,800-square-foot retail space is in the Lake Forest Gateway shopping center, which underwent a big renovation this year.

Half of the center was remodeled, while the other half was demolished and rebuilt, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Randy Dalby and Tom Cioia.

Epsteen & Associates represented the tenant. Dalby and Cioia represented the landlord, Lake Forest Gateway.
