The two-story, 44,123-square-foot space is at 15501 Red Hill Ave.
The property was built in 1984 and will undergo extensive interior renovation, according to real estate brokerage firm Wind Water Realty Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Wind Water Realty’s Rob Rader, as well as Rick Ellison and John Gallivan of Cushman & Wakefield.
Rader represented the buyer. Ellison and Gallivan represented the seller.
