The 89,041-square-foot office building is at 2100 Main St.

The four-story class A property was “completed off-market,” said Alan Pekarcik, principal of Avison Young.

Brokers involved in the deal included Avison Young’s Pekarcik and Dan Vittone, as well as North American Properties Inc.

Pekarcik and Vittone represented the seller. North American Properties represented the buyer.
