The 67,846-square-foot building is at 1921 E. Alton Ave.
It is currently 85% leased to Collectors Universe Inc. and the U.S. Marine Corps, according to real estate brokerage firm Wind Water Realty.
Wind Water Realty’s Rob Rader represented the buyer, and Scott Read and Mike Kane of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller.
