Asset Management Consultants Inc. sold an office building in Anaheim to Marshall B. Ketchum University for $10.3 million, or about $127 per square foot.

The 81,000-square-foot building is at 5460 E. La Palma Ave.

The buyer plans to move its University Eye Center to this location, and the property will also house primary healthcare services and a pharmacy, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included CBRE Group Inc.’s Ted Snell, Gary Stache, Anthony DeLorenzo, Doug Mack and Pat Scruggs.

Snell represented the buyer, while the others represented the seller.
