The two-story, multitenant building at 26342 Oso Parkway was constructed in 2006, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Hanley Investment Group’s Jon Selznick and Amir Araghi, as well as Serge Vishmid of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
Selznick represented the seller, and Araghi and Vishmid represented the buyer.
