The two-story, 70,653-square-foot office building is at 3350 E. Birch St.
SOC is planning a major renovation to the building, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Voit Real Estate Services Inc.’s Mike Boomer, Mitch Zehner, Seth Davenport and Jason DiRocco.
The brokers represented the buyer and seller.
