The 70-unit gated community is at 1260 Walnut Ave.
It was 99% occupied at the time of sale and totals 70,760 square feet, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Marcus & Millichap’s Joseph Berkson and Tyler Leeson, both of whom represented the seller and were the sole brokers in the sale.
