GGC Inc. sold an industrial building in Santa Ana for $1.6 million to Santa Fe Street LLC, a unit of concrete and asphalt company Allstar Paving Co.
The 9,822-square-foot building is at 602 S. Santa Fe.
The building is partially leased to Sprint Communications, according to real estate brokerage firm Property Group International.
Brokers involved in the deal included Property Group International’s Ethan Alvidrez, Troy Wooton of Broad Street Real Estate Group, and Greg Velastegui of Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
