Nellson Nutraceutical LLC, a maker of nutrition bars and powders, relocated its headquarters from Irwindale to Anaheim.
The company also plans to shift powder operations to Anaheim from Salt Lake City, bringing 225 jobs in its research and development and production groups to a 300,000-square-foot facility.
Chief Executive Scott Greenwood said the moves consolidate a number of acquisitions that occurred in the past 14 months.
Nellson, a portfolio company of New York-based private equity firm Kohlberg & Co., has been making nutrition products for about 50 years.
