Newport Beach-based Alliant Insurance Services acquired Andre-Romberg Insurance Agency in Spokane, Wash.
The terms of the deal for the 70-year-old agency—which provides products and services to businesses, homeowners, renters and car owners—were undisclosed.
It’s Alliant’s fourth acquisition in the Pacific Northwest since 2014. Andre-Romberg specializes in middle-market clients in the region. Its management team, including President Ken Kurtz, will join Alliant.
Alliant is the largest insurance brokerage firm in Orange County, with $98 million in local revenues last year, and the 12th largest in the U.S., with $619 million as of two years ago.
