Irvine-based CalAtlantic Group Inc. was up 1.3% to $37.97 and a $4.5 billion market cap. Irvine-based Tri Pointe Group Inc. was up 2% to $13.03 and a $2.1 billion market cap. Newport Beach-based William Lyon Homes was up 5% to $15.61 and a $472 million market cap. Aliso Viejo-based New Home Co. Inc. was up 5.6% to $12.85 and a $256 million market cap.
