The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond was up 2.9% to 1.98%.

AUTOMOTIVE
Irvine-based Autobytel Inc. was up 4.5% to $15.15 and a $135 million market cap. The automobile sales leads firm said Auto Holdings Ltd. had bought and exercised a warrant to purchase 400,000 shares of Autobytel and that it had received proceeds of about $1.9 million from the sale. Auto Holdings is affiliated with PeopleFund, an investment company, and AutoWeb Inc., a search engine ad company for car manufacturers and dealers.
HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based Lombard Medical Inc. was up 5% to $4.62 and a $75 million market cap. The maker of devices to repair abdominal aortic aneurysms said it had signed a $26 million loan facility with Alexandra, Va.-based Oxford Finance LLC, under which it received $11 million at closing, with another $15 million possible, based on its meeting future revenue targets.
