Foothill Ranch-based Wet Seal Inc. was up 9% to $0.74 and a market cap of $62.3 million. Los Angeles-based B. Riley & Co. upgraded its stock to “buy” from “neutral” and increased its target price for shares to $1.50 from $0.90. The analyst firm cited the return of Edmond Thomas as Chief Executive as a reason for the upgrade.
