Luxury goods distributor MadaLuxe Group is selling its headquarters in Seal Beach in a leaseback deal.
The company, which distributes luxury apparel and accessories from Europe to off-price retailers, bought the 64,000-square-foot property in 2007 for $10 million, or $156 per square foot, according to brokerage data.
An asking price has not been disclosed for the building, located at 1760 Apollo Court; it’s on three acres in the Pacific Gateway Business Center, the city’s newest industrial park.
There are seven years remaining on MadaLuxe’s lease, according to the Newport Beach office of CBRE Group Inc., which has the listing.
