Irvine-based American Restaurant Holdings Inc., an investor in restaurants and food manufacturing companies, acquired Canyon Fireside Grille on undisclosed terms.
Canyon Fireside, which serves primarily American cuisine, has a single location in Rancho Santa Margarita.
The deal follows American Restaurant Holdings’ January acquisition of Fronteras Mexican Grill and Cantina in Alhambra.
American Restaurant Holdings, which trades over the counter, aims to acquire “multi-unit fast casual locations” and “stand-alone destination locations.”
The company’s Canyon Acquisition Inc. subsidiary oversaw the latest transaction.
