Irvine-based Greenlaw Partners, one of the area’s largest privately held real estate investors and developers, enters 2020 with a growing and diversified collection of properties and projects to its name, scattered across the county.
It’s the new owner of the Cypress campus of Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc., which it bought in November for $57.5 million, or $2.6 million per acre. Expect to see leasing activity there next year.
On the hospitality side, construction is underway in Anaheim on a 12-story, 326-room Radisson Blu hotel, a four-star project alongside the Santa Ana (5) Freeway headed by an affiliate of Portland, Ore.-based hotel developer BPM Real Estate Group and Greenlaw.
It’s one of several development plays for Greenlaw in Anaheim, a city that along with Irvine has been a focus for the firm of late.
