Newport Beach-based accounting firm Anton & Chia LLP acquired the U.S.-reporting clients of McCormack Su & Co. in Vancouver, Canada. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
McCormack Su Partner Kevin Su will join Anton & Chia.
The Business Journal ranked Anton & Chia No. 30 among OC’s biggest accounting firms. It employed about 34 in Newport Beach and 63 overall prior to the acquisition of McCormack Su.
Anton & Chia specializes in audit and consulting work and said it had annual revenue of $8 million for 2014.
