IT services provider and consulting firm Trace3 Inc. in Irvine has agreed to buy LaSalle Solutions of Rosemont, Ill. to further enhance the technology solutions portfolio available to clients of both companies. No financial details were released.
The transaction, expected to close next month, will also increase Trace3’s national footprint.
LaSalle Solutions has been a business division of Fifth Third Bank of Cincinnati.
Trace3 is one of Orange County’s largest privately held technology companies.Â
