Simon, Farallon Team Up to Buy Mall REIT

Real estate investment trust Mills Corp. said Friday that Simon Property Group Inc. and hedge fund Farallon Capital Management will acquire the company for $25.25 a share in cash, ending another contest for a commercial real estate owner and operator.
