Samuelis Snatch Anaheim Tower for $72 Million

Orange County's Most Expensive Office Deal of 2025

One of Orange County’s richest and most influential executives is the new owner of a 12-floor office building next to Angel Stadium. The transaction is the most expensive office sale of the year, so far, for Orange County.

Corona Del Mar-based H&S Ventures LLC, a company founded by Henry and Susan Samueli in 1999 to oversee Samueli Foundation’s investments, bought Stadium Tower at 2400 E. Katella in Anaheim for $72.9 million, according to public documents.

The Samuelis, who are also owners of the Anaheim Ducks and support many philanthropic causes in Orange County, bought Stadium Tower from CBRE Investment Management.

The Samuelis also helped fund the $4 billion OCVibe development, a mixed-use entertainment district being built around Honda Center in Anaheim.
