Tom Tucker, a plaintiff in the controversial securities-fraud suit against Broadcom and its philanthropic founders, is stepping off the board of the OC Performing Arts Center. Tucker and outgoing OCPAC chairman Roger Kirwan insisted the Broadcom flap wasn’t a factor; Tucker said 12 years is long enough to serve on a non-profit and that he’ll continue to give to the center.
