Malden Terrace LLC paid $2.1 million to Ed Raymond for the 30-unit Malden Terrace Apartments at 1000 to 1018 S. Malden Ave. in Fullerton. Jonathan Mitchell of Marcus & Millichap represented Raymond.
Turner Development Corp. sold the 9,566-square-foot Bushard Center at 16919 to 16953 Bushard St. in Fountain Valley to a private investor for $1.1 million. Carnegie Construction Co. sold five Capistrano Business Park industrial buildings totaling 70,088 square feet to Burke Real Estate Group in Santa Ana for more than $6.2 million. Four of the buildings in San Juan Capistrano already are leased. A vacant 17,256-square-foot building is set to be refurbished prior to sale.
