Blanco Investments paid $1.8 million to Automatic Response Technologies for an 8,003-square-foot industrial building at 1150 Calle Cordillera in San Clemente. The building sold for $228 per square foot. It was built in 1990 on about a half-acre in the Seaview Business Park. Robert Griffin and Kurt Bruggeman of Lee & Associates Commer-cial Real Estate Services Inc. represented both parties.
Sam Huynh paid $1.8 million to David Tran for a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 14931 Dillow St. in Westminster. The building sold for $300 per square foot and has two tenants. Huynh and Tran represented themselves.
LEASES
InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. renewed its lease of a 43,000-square-foot, two-story office building at 26250 Enterprise Court in Lake Forest. The building is the headquarters for InSight, a provider of medical scanning services. Terms weren’t disclosed. Jason Hoffman of Mohr Partners represented InSight.
Terrazo & Marble Supply Co. leased a 20,000-square-foot building at 12632 Monarch St. in Garden Grove. The four-year lease represents a West Coast expansion by the Illinois-based flooring company. Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the tenant. Scott Smith of Lee & Associates represented landlord Consolidated Delivery & Insulation Inc.
PHO54 leased a 10,000-square-foot building at 8350 Cerritos Ave. in Stanton. The five-year lease is valued at $500,000. Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and landlord A & P; Leasing.
Merrill Lynch & Co. renewed its lease of an 8,300-square-foot office building at 3010 Old Ranch Parkway at the Bixby Office Park in Seal Beach. Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed. Myron Galchutt of Newmark Knight Frank Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.
First National Capital Corp. leased a 3,852-square-foot office building at 26050 Towne Center Drive in Foothill Ranch. Financial details of the three-year lease weren’t disclosed. Chip Wright, Ross Bourne and Keith Black of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord A & P; Properties and the tenant.
FR. Meyer’s Sohn North America LLC, part of German logistics company FR. Meyer’s Sohn GMBH, leased 1,926 square feet of office space in the Crown Building at 1451 Quail St. in Newport Beach. The 3.25-year lease is valued at $145,605. Matthew P. Fryer of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Dave Bueche of Sperry Van Ness represented landlord Crown Building.
Joe W. Faggard leased 1,455 square feet of office space in the La Habra Professional Building at 1055 E. La Habra Blvd. in La Habra. The three-year lease is valued at $74,403. George Chiang of Concord Realty represented the tenant. Dave Bueche of Sperry Van Ness represented landlord Lisa Morales.
