TR 1401 Dove Corp. paid $26.4 million to Far West Industries for a 74,405-square-foot of-fice building at 1401 Dove St. in Newport Beach. The building sold for $354 per square foot. Jeffrey Cole and Rick Putnam of Trammel Crow Co. represented both parties.

Westport Laguna Hills LLC paid $10.1 million to Laguna Hills Allspace GP for 82,979 square feet of storage space and a lake at 23370 Moulton Parkway in Laguna Hills. Clifford Crowe of Lee and Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.

Bong Hoon Lee and Ji Hi Lee paid $3.6 million to San Juan Capistrano-based Pacific Investment Co. for an apartment complex at 644 S. Webster Ave. in Anaheim. Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.

Miller Environmental Inc. paid $2.4 million to Gary Greely for a 13,175-square-foot industrial building at 2210 South Dupont Ave. in Anaheim. Chris Migliori of GVA DAUM represented the buyer. Tom Dorman of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller.

American Lubrication Equipment paid $2.3 million to North Anaheim Associates LLC for a 13,502-square-foot industrial building at 1251 Patt St. in Anaheim. Rob Johnston of Johnston Pacific represented the buyer. Brad Gilmer and Jim deRegt of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Reza Lotfi of Corona del Mar paid $1 million to Jenny Britzman for 37,500 square feet of retail and medical office space at 120 and 1150 E. Imperial Highway in La Habra. Jereme Snyder and Geoff Tranchina of Sperry Van Ness represented both parties.

Union Bank of California renewed its lease for 115,583 square feet of office space at 3151 E. Imperial Highway in Brea and renewed for 8,348 square feet of space for a bank branch at 2001 Michelson Drive in Irvine. The 10-year office lease is valued at $17.4 million. The five-year branch lease is valued at $2.6 million. John Bosko, Robert Brandt and the late David Powell of NAI Capital Inc. represented Union Bank. Jenni Suvari of Brea landlord Colyear Development Corp. represented his company. Irvine branch landlord The Irvine Company represented itself.

Brother Motors leased a 48,674-square-foot auto lot at 1201 N. Harbor Blvd. in Santa Ana. The five-year deal is valued at $828,000. Tom Grant of Lee & Associates represented the tenant and the undisclosed landlord.

Anaheim-based Automotive Funding Group Inc. leased an 11,692-square-foot industrial building at 5235 Hunter Ave. in Anaheim. The seven-year deal is valued at $1 million. Automotive Funding Group plans to expand to the building. Chris Migliori of GVA DAUM represented Automotive Funding. Mike Boomer of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord OMP Industrial Hunter LLC.

Hefferman Insurance leased 8,378 square feet of office space at 1855 W. Katella Ave. in Orange in a renewal and expansion. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Dave Giglio of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Hefferman Insurance. Phil Fridd of Lee & Associates represented landlord Cirsea Ltd.
