Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union paid an undisclosed amount to Catellus Finance 1 LLC for a 59,825-square-foot research and development building at 15222 Del Amo Ave. in Tustin, next to the credit union’s existing offices on Del Amo. Rick Sherburne, Travis Boyd and Alex Hayden of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the buyer. Greg Endsley, Dave Kinney and Paul Root of Madison Street Partners represented the seller.
Irvine-based Integrefi Mortgage Inc. leased 5,658 square feet of office space at 19712 MacArthur Blvd. in Irvine. The three-year lease is valued at $454,000.
