A group of investors paid $12 million to Peters Canyon Center LLC for the 71,000-square-foot Peters Canyon Center at 15 to 67 Peters Canyon in Irvine. Jon Marchiorlatti, Chris Bates, David Bolt and Cameran Lindee of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
