B & C; Custom Hardware & Bath paid $3.5 million to the local office of Sacramento-based Panattoni Development Co. for a 17,000-square-foot building at 32 Tesla in Irvine. The building sold for $206 per square foot. The buyer has set up a showroom at the site. Richard Meyer of Beitler Commercial Realty Services represented both parties.
Fresh Gunner paid $2.1 million to SLE Metal Inc. for a 9,680-square-foot industrial building at 14450 Hoover St. in Westminster. Fresh Gunner plans to do a radio broadcast from the building, which sold for $217 per square foot. Nick Carey of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Barbara Holloway Trust paid $1.8 million to Richard Stricker Trust for an 11,430-square-foot industrial building at 5306 Industrial in Huntington Beach. The building sold for $157 per square foot. Leda Corp. paid $1.4 million to Thomas and Shirly Turner for a 5,760-square-foot industrial building at 7056 Kearny Drive in Huntington Beach. The acquisition is an expansion for the aerospace contractor, which has its headquarters next door. Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Thomas and Vivian Rothwell of Los Alamitos paid $1.2 million to Henry Herbst of Palm Springs for a four-unit apartment complex at 18311 Patterson Lane in Huntington Beach.
